    No, I don't exclusively offer 6-week or 12-week programmes. I begin with a 6-week intensive programme to help clients grasp and implement initial changes. After completing the 6-week programme, I provide the option for ongoing support through weekly or bi-weekly sessions, lasting either 30 or 60 minutes. These follow-up sessions come at a discounted rate and are designed to track progress and provide continued guidance and support.
