Ingredients (makes 1 serving):
1/4 cup wholegrain oats
2 tbsp kefir or plain yogurt
milk of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
handful of frozen berries
handful of cashews or nuts of choice
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
a drizzle of honey
Method:
In a bowl, combine oats and chia seeds. Cover with milk and stir in frozen berries.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with kefir, nuts, pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of honey.
