1/2 cup cashews
1 tablespoon honey
4 cups filtered water
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Method:
Soak cashews overnight. Drain and rinse the next day.

Blend on high for a minute.
Pour into a storage container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
